Why a specialist

What you get that a supermarket forecourt won't give you

EV

We only sell electric

No petrol part-exchanges to shift, no salesperson who would rather sell you a diesel. Every car on the forecourt is electric and every member of staff drives one.

%

Every battery health-checked

We run a full state-of-health test on the traction battery before a car goes on sale, and the result is printed on the window.

We set up your charging

A free home-charger survey with every car. We tell you honestly whether a home charger is worth it, and arrange the install if it is.

Home charging

Sorted before you drive away

The single biggest thing that makes EV ownership easy is charging at home overnight. It's also the thing most dealers ignore.

  • A free survey of your parking and consumer unit
  • An honest answer on whether a home charger is worth it
  • Installed by an OZEV-approved fitter, usually within two weeks
  • A tariff recommendation so you charge at 7–8p/kWh, not 28p

Typical running cost

~3.4p / mile

Charging at home on an overnight EV tariff. A petrol equivalent is roughly 15–18p a mile. Over 10,000 miles a year that's around £1,300 saved.

EV questions

The ones we get asked most

Why is your range figure lower than the brochure?

Because the brochure quotes WLTP, measured in a lab. We quote what the car actually does on a mix of roads in UK weather, tested by us. It is usually 15–25% below the official number, and it is the figure you should plan around.

What happens if the battery degrades?

Every car we sell still has some of its manufacturer battery warranty, which typically guarantees around 70% capacity for 8 years or 100,000 miles. We show you the current health figure and the warranty end date.

I can’t charge at home. Should I still buy an EV?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. If you have reliable workplace or on-street charging it can work well. If not, the maths is tighter. Our survey is free and we will tell you straight.

Do you take petrol cars in part-exchange?

Yes. We value it, sell it on through a trade partner, and the number is transparent — we do not inflate the EV price to hide a poor part-exchange offer.

Talk to someone who actually runs one

No commission targets, no petrol-to-electric hard sell. Just an honest conversation about whether an EV works for you and which one.
